Cancellations:

We understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We just kindly suggest you provide 24 hour notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may mean the charging of the late fee or loss of deposit.

 

You can cancel your agreement at any time, but please note that you must cancel your agreement before the subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month fee. If you cancel the agreement, the cancellation would become effective at the end of the current month.

 

No Refunds:

No refunds will be provided for any agreements. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for agreements that are cancelled mid-month. We reserve the right to offer discounts, or other considerations in select circumstances at our sole discretion. Every circumstance is different and we elect to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
